Resistance Exercises (9 of 19)

  1. Step up with your right leg. Then step up with your left leg.
  2. Step down with your right leg, then your left leg.
  3. Repeat, starting with your left leg this time.
(Hold light weights for more of a challenge.)

*Knee-high steps work more of your quadriceps. Higher steps work more of your gluteals.

Resistance exercise tones your body and builds muscular strength.
