Triceps Extension
  1. Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor or bench.
  2. Raise your right arm toward the ceiling, supporting your arm just below the elbow with your left hand.
  3. Bend your right elbow, bringing the weight toward your shoulder.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Switch sides after each set.
Resistance exercise tones your body and builds muscular strength.
