Resistance Exercises (13 of 19)

  1. Stand with your arms hanging in front of you, palms facing your body.
  2. Keeping your elbow straight, raise your right arm in front of you until it reaches just above shoulder level.
  3. Lower your right arm while raising your left arm. Keep your back straight.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position after the set.
Resistance exercise tones your body and builds muscular strength.
